What is Labbit?

Labbit is an interactive community-building & lifestyle rewards hybrid mobile application platform.

Earning attractive rewards is meant to be easy. It shouldn’t be an elusive chase, nor should your points lose value over time. That’s why we’re here.

We’ve pulled Labbit out of the hat and changed the game with our "Save & Earn" mechanism, with access to the most attractive rewards by Singapore’s favourite F&B and lifestyle merchants.

How does Labbit work?

It’s 4 simple bunny-hops for Labbit users to start earning rewards:

1. Choose & redeem from a plethora of discounts offered by Singapore's favourite lifestyle merchants.

2. Make the purchase. Scan the receipt and upload it onto our app.

3. Ta-daa! Your discount savings is then equivalently converted to Carrots. No bull and no tricks here.

4. Use Carrots earned to redeem more prizes & rewards. Do a little dance, celebrate life & repeat.

Do carrots expire?

No. Pretty cool right?

Can I transfer my carrots to another account or someone else?

Unfortunately, your carrots and labbit account are non-transferrable.

Where can I use Labbit?

Labbit is currenly only available in Singapore.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Each user is only allowed to have one labbit account. If you would like to change your mobile number or email, please write in to hello@labbit.sg and we’ll update it for you! If you would like to change other details like display name, click My Profile - Edit Profile to update the details.

How do I update my account details?

You may edit your name, birthday, and gender on the app. To edit your profile settings, click on the "My Profile" tab at bottom right on the navigation bar and click on "Edit Profile". If you would like to change your mobile number or email, please write in to hello@labbit.sg and we'll update it for you!

How can I turn off Labbit app notifications?

Go to My Profile tab > Push Notification > click to toggle "OFF" to turn off notification.

How do I become a Labbit merchant?

Please write in to hello@labbit.sg with your shop's name, address, contact person and contact details. We are more than happy to reach out to you! We will get in touch with you within 3-5 working days!

Is there a sponsorship/co-marketing opportunity with Labbit?

Of course! Please write in to hello@labbit.sg. Our marketing team will reach out to your within 3-5 working days.

Can I refer friends/family to Labbit?

Of course you can! You and your friends/family get to earn carrots when they sign up via your referral code. Get rewarded with carrots whenever someone users your code to download and participate in their first campaign.

To share your referral code:

Click on "My Profile" > Referral Code > Share Icon > Share my referral code > send our drafted message to your friends and family.
